Order and Delivery
UK shipping: We offer FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY for all items. Items should normally be delivered within 3-5 working days, but delivery times may be longer for some areas (e.g. the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands).
We charge £4.99 for EXPRESS DELIVERY. We use premium couriers such as UPS, DPD or DHL to ship these items (we've found their service to be absolutely excellent in comparison to lower cost couriers), or typically Royal Mail for smaller packages. These will be sent by a next working day delivery service (excludes Saturday and Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays) or Royal Mail 24 hour service (excludes Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays). If ordered on a week day, dispatch will be the same day or next day, if ordered at the weekend shipping will be on the following Monday. We also offer SUPER-EXPRESS delivery (a next day before 1pm courier service) for £14.99. Give us a call or leave a message (see contact link above) if you need things more urgently and we'll see what we can do.
European shipping: We routinely deliver to Austria, Belgium, Baltic States, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland. For orders up to £150 we charge a flat delivery rate of £9.99 for EU countries and £17.50 for Norway and Switzerland, with FREE SHIPPING for orders over £150. Please email us for a quote if you'd like delivery to a country outside of this list.
For Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada we charge a flat rate of £25. We're sorry, but we are unable to ship airbag canisters outside of the UK.
If we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders can be cancelled by you at any time and a full refund given.
Cancellation and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 21 DAY RETURNS policy, which allows you to cancel your purchase within 21 days of receipt of the item (Christmas Purchases - returns period is extended to 21st January for all purchases from 14th November until 31st December). If you decide to cancel the purchase, please first contact us in writing by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. If we have already shipped the goods you must return them to us, if possible in the original packaging, with your customer advice note.
UK returns: We are a small family business and cannot offer free returns at the moment. To return any item please post to the address below, or if you prefer you can download a printable address label in word format here, or in pdf format here.
We strongly recommend that the items are sent via a tracked delivery service as the goods will be your responsibility until they reach us. If you used PayPal to purchase your item, you could consider using the PayPal refunded returns service.
You must return the goods back to us within 14 days of cancelling the purchase. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition and suitable for resale, so please take reasonable care of them and return in undamaged original packaging.
Euro and worldwide returns: Please contact us for advice on returning your items. To organise your own return, you can download a printable address label in word format here, or in pdf format here. Exchanges will be require the payment of the appropriate postage fee.
General return terms and conditions: Please note we are only able to accept for return items that have not been worn (except for reasonably testing for fit), and which are not soiled, altered or used. Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on personalised or made-to-measure products, unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video, or goods combined with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable. We're unable to accept order cancellations for these products.
We shall reimburse to you all payments received for returned items, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, or where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we received the goods back or of you providing evidence of having returned the goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Goods returned out with the 14 day return period will only be accepted at our discretion, any refunds out with this period will be refunded by voucher.
