Order and Delivery

Once you have placed your order on our website we will send you a confirmatory email.  Please read through this to check that the items listed are correct.  We will also send you an email once your items have been dispatched.  

UK shipping: We offer FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY for all items. We use UPS to ship many higher value items (we've found their service to be absolutely excellent in comparison to lower cost couriers), or typically Royal Mail for smaller packages. Items should normally be delivered within 3-5 working days, but delivery times may be longer for some areas (e.g. the Highlands and Islands of Scotland,  the Channel Islands). 

We charge £4.99 for EXPRESS DELIVERY. These will be sent by either UPS next working day delivery service (excludes Saturday and Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays) or Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery (excludes Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays). If ordered on a weekday dispatch will be the same day or next day, if ordered at the weekend shipping will be on the following Monday. Give us a call or leave a message (see contact link above) if you need things more urgently and we'll see what we can do.

European shipping: We routinely deliver to Austria, Belgium, Baltic States, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland.  For orders up to £150 we charge a flat delivery rate of £9.99 for EU countries and £17.50 for Norway and Switzerland, with FREE SHIPPING for orders over £150.  Please email us for a quote if you'd like delivery to a country outside of this list.

For USA and Canada we charge a flat rate of £30.  We're sorry, but we are unable to ship airbag canisters to north America.

If we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders can be cancelled by you at any time and a full refund given.

Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 21 DAY RETURNS policy, which allows you to cancel your purchase within 21 days of receipt of the item (Christmas Purchases - returns period is extended to 21st January for all purchases from 14th November until 31st December).  If you decide to cancel the purchase, please first contact us in writing (email is fine) to let us know.  If we have already shipped the goods you must return them to us, if possible in the original packaging*, with your customer advice note.  We offer FREE UK RETURNS (EXCLUDING CHANNEL ISLANDS) ON ALL ITEMS COSTING £50 OR OVER  - to return goods, simply email us and we will email you a return label, or occasionally for small items we'll ask you to post them back to us and refund your costs.  With a free returns label you will need to take the item to a drop-off location, usually located in local convenience stores. Please return the goods within 14 days of cancelling the purchase. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition and suitable for resale, so please take reasonable care of them and return in undamaged original packaging.  Unfortunately, unless items are faulty we are not able to offer free returns for customers outside the UK, but again please contact us for advice on returning your items.  *To be eligible for free returns we ask that the product be returned in the original undamaged packaging.

For items not qualifying for free returns, please post to the address below.  We strongly recommend that the items are sent via a tracked delivery service.

Please note we are only able to accept for return items that have not been worn (except for reasonably testing for fit), and which are not soiled, altered or used. Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on personalised or made-to-measure products, unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video.  We're unable to accept order cancellations for these products.

We shall reimburse to you all payments received for returned items, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, or where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
