Demon Flexforce XD30 Men's Impact Shorts V3

These XD30 impact shorts will give you protection where it counts. They are fitted with the Xconnect system - X-connect means that compatible Demon tops and lower body protection can be connected together, giving integrated neck to coccyx protection.  X-connect components can be worn together or separately- when not in use, the connecting elements are covered by TPR patches, to give added protection and comfort.  The Xconnect by DEMON is the very best, lightest, and most integrated system available, and can be easily be worn under your ski, snowboard, mountain or dirt biking clothing.

This premium impact short incorporates D30 material at three separate sites, to cover the most strategically important points- the tailbone and the two sit-bones.  This intelligent material is flexible in normal use, but hardens almost instantaneously on impact - the harder the impact, the more protection you get.  It is therefore comfortable to wear, but provides superior impact protection compared to most hardshell protectors - you get the best of both worlds!  

The shorts also benefit from foam protection at other important impact positions. This material is flexible, allowing a full range of hip movement.  They are certified to EN1621-1 - see here if you'd like to know more about these standards.

The protective elements are contained within a lightweight lycra/mesh fabric, which gives excellent comfort and flexibility, making these pants suitable for multi-sport, multi-season use.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY for all items. Items should normally be delivered within 2-4 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY ​is available for £5.99 sent by Royal Mail 24HRs or by courier depending on the size of the item (excludes Saturday and Sunday and Scottish Bank Holidays). If ordered on a week day, dispatch will be the same day for orders placed before noon or next day for orders placed after noon. If ordered at the weekend shipping will be on the following Monday.

We also offer SUPER-EXPRESS delivery (a next day delivery courier service if ordered before noon) for £14.99. Give us a call or leave a message if you need things more urgently and we'll see what we can do.

We're sorry that due to the shipping costs we are charged our UK shipping prices exclude the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

EU, Norway, Switzerland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Delivery charges are by weight - for items under 2kg we charge a flat rate of £20, while heavier items are charged at £55. Please contact us if you'd like delivery to a country outside of this list. For EU customers, please note that retail packages must pass local Customs before being delivered and this can sometimes take several days. Our prices for items being shipped to the EU do not include UK VAT, but local import duties and tax may be charged at Customs and are payable by you.

Rest of the world

For Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada we charge a flat rate of £35 for items under 2kg and £95 for heavier items. We're sorry, but we are unable to ship luggage and airbag canisters.
